Refund policy

We want you to feel good about every Moto Rags purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In its original condition
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with any original tags or packaging
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Free Returns

Moto Rags provides free return shipping on eligible U.S. returns. To begin a return, email us at info@motorags.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@motorags.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Final-Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Items marked “Final Sale”
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale items may be returned unless they are clearly marked “Final Sale.”

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or product is to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable. Return shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns.
